Cafe & Showroom: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday, 8am to 4pm Sunday

Commission sales: – 9am – 4pm or book an appointment to suit yourself with the team

What is NY500
Who are we, we are hear you ask – well we are a bit of everything to suit everyone! Not only do we have some AMAZING driving routes for you to enjoy around the stunning North Yorkshire Countryside, we also have an awesome state of the art Cafe serving some delicious meals and drinks, some stunning vehicles to view in our Sport and Classic Showroom, along with amazing bespoke items to buy in our Legends range .. all this can be seen, enjoyed and tasted in our brand new space – NY500. Why have we built this space?… For all like minded to meet and enjoy… whatever your drive, ride or dream about with wheels – you’re all welcome!

Who can turn up?
We welcome absolutely everyone at NY500.

What do you have on offer?
We have amazing food, non-alcoholic drinks, Vehicles, Bikes and unique items for sale along with lots of indoor and outdoor seating!

Can children come along to NY500
Yes. Many of our staff have families of their own who enjoy coming along, so bring the whole family. We just ask that parents make sure they supervise little ones if they are near the carpark or around cars. The cafe accommodates little ones too with High chairs for tiny people!

Carpark:

Do I have to pay to park?
No! We are on private land so you can come when you want, whilst we are open of course!. Some days we may have private events but will always update our media pages. The showroom is open from 10-5 daily!

Do I need a special or expensive car to get in?
Certainly not! Whatever you drive, ride or hover on then we welcome it! Something a bit different… we’d love to see it and show our followers online too – with your permission of course!!

Who decides who parks out front?
Its all about who arrives when! We operate a first come first served rule and with something a little more special… we will of course try and wiggle you in somewhere ace. Otherwise, if you see a spot, grab it.

What do I do if you’re full when I arrive?
As a popular destination we do sometimes get full, especially on weekends and when the weather is good. Unfortunately, if we are, you may be asked give us 30 minutes or to have a little drive down the road and back again, to allow other patrons to filter out safely and create space. Please remember to respect our neighbours and local communities by driving within all posted speed limits, with minimal noise and no antisocial behaviour.

How do I get to you if I don’t have a car?
Local taxi services are available to drop you off and pick you up from us with ease  and there is a local bus drop off just 5 mins down the road if you fancy having a few drinks but not having the worry about driving home. There are some great places to stay in Pickering and Malton that we can recommend for you too! There is a train that arrives in Malton from York or Scarborough too so anyone can come!

Can I arrive on foot?
Of course! There are paths around us and the A169 so use caution but we have no problems with that!

Food:

When do you serve food?
Food is served until 5pm Monday to Saturday, and until 4pm on Sundays.
When our menu Changes, our times might too!

Do you cater for gluten free/vegan?
We can cater for gluten free and veggies/vegans. Just make sure you let the staff know of any dietary requirements when you order. Check out the menus online ahead of time or give us a call!

We can also cater for larger groups or bespoke events too in our marvelous settings – just ask!

What’s On:

How do I find out about things that are happening?
We like to encourage people to come as and when they’d like to! If we have car clubs or groups on site, they will publicise it via their own social media platforms – and we will share this too

Our Shop:

Where can I buy your Merch and clothing from?
Once they are online then all of our products can be bought online and from our HQ. However once finalised and up – our online shop is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We do ship worldwide.

How much is postage and how long does delivery take?
Postage depends on the size and weight of what you are purchasing. We aim to ship all orders on the next working day and will always send them first class, we also offer recorded delivery if you would like a little more security.

Returns
We accept returns up to 14 calendar days after purchase.
Returned goods must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Returned goods must be unused & supplied in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returns arrive in good condition and on time.
Exchanges can be made in store only.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, yes we do; go check out the shop! They can be spent on Clothes, towards items in the store or on food and drink
